1. Order Processing Time
We know you’re excited to get your vintage finds! All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on weight and destination.
Lithuania (Domestic)
• Free on orders over €30
• Standard (Locker): €2.99
• Heavy Goods: €5.99
• Carrier: DPD, Omniva, or LP Express (Locker delivery).
• Estimated Delivery: 1–3 business days.
European Union (EU)
• Light: €10.00 | Medium: €15.00 | Large: €22.00
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over €70.
• Carrier: DPD B2C Courier (Home delivery).
• Estimated Delivery: 3–7 business days.
International (Non-EU: UK, Norway, Switzerland, Iceland)
• Light (under 1kg): €18.00
• Large (over 1kg): €28.00
• Carrier: DHL Express Worldwide.
• Estimated Delivery: 2–5 business days.
3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
For our customers in the UK, Norway, Switzerland, and Iceland: Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.
Rediscover Collective is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are the responsibility of the customer. We ship all international orders DAP (Delivered at Place).
4. How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
5. EU & International Door-to-Door Delivery
To ensure the safest and most reliable service for our rediscovered items, all EU and International orders are shipped via Premium Door-to-Door Courier Services (DPD or DHL Express).
