Refund policy

1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal 

In accordance with European Union consumer protection laws, you have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.

2. Condition of Vintage Items

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition as when you received it.

• Security Tags: If a Rediscover Collective security tag is removed or tampered with, the item is no longer eligible for a return. 

• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any new odors (smoke, perfume, etc.).

• Documentation: As we sell unique vintage pieces, we photograph every item extensively before shipping to verify its condition.

3. Return Shipping Costs

• Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for paying the direct cost of shipping the item back to us.

• Trackable Shipping: We strongly recommend using a trackable service (e.g., DPD/Omniva locker in Lithuania or DHL/DPD courier internationally). We cannot guarantee a refund if the return package is lost.
• Non-Refundable: The original shipping cost paid at checkout is non-refundable for “change of mind” returns. 
4. How to Start a Return 
To start a return, contact us at (studio@rediscovercollective.com). If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 
5. Damaged, Fake, or “Not as Described” Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is counterfeit, defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately. In these specific cases, we will cover all return shipping costs and provide a full refund.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
